If you are connected to FloatHub's "Private" WiFi network (FloatHub_XXXXXX), you can access data and settings on the device. But FloatHub is not a router, meaning it will not connect you to its upstream ("Public") network when you are connected to the "Private" side. The private network is generally used only for initial configuration or when you want to connect to the device when there is no other WiFi network available. You can get at the FloatHub NMEA stream and web-based interface from it's address on the public network.
